    Learning Support programs are designed for exceptional students whose primary identified need is academic learning. Therefore, students are placed for academic instruction in reading, language arts or math.  Support is provided in all other academic areas as needed.  This classroom provides specially designed instruction which consists of adaptations or modifications to the curriculum, instruction, instructional setting, methods, materials, and other elements of the teaching.
    Students receiving learning support have an Individual Education Plan that is developed during a team meeting called an IEP Conference. This is to meet the individual learning needs of your child.  Parents are an integral part of the planning process.
