TODAY IS THE 155th DAY OF THE SCHOOL TERM

 

SADD

 

There will be a SADD meeting on Friday, May 9^th at 7:20am in Miss Reinert Room 9.

 

 

ATTENTION ALL SOPHOMORES AND JUNIORS

 

All sophomores and juniors please create a folder in your H Drive called Do Not Delete and move any items you want saved for next year into this folder. Anything that is not in this folder will be deleted and will not be recoverable next school year. This needs to be done by the end of the day Friday, June 6.

 

FALL ATHLETIC PHYSICALS

 

Salisbury Fall Athletic Physicals will take place in the SHS health room on Saturday, June 7^th. Paperwork will be available in the SHS/SMS health rooms and on the school website www.stsd.org  beginning on June 1, 2008. If a student plans to play a fall sport or plans to be a team manger he/she must have an athletic physical on or after June 1, 2008. Boys physicals: 8:00am Soccer, 8:30am Football, 9:00am all other boys. Girls physicals: 10:00am Field Hockey, 10:30am Cheerleading and 11:00am all other girls.

 

SCHOOL LUNCHES

 

Just a reminder to everyone the last day for lunch service is June 10th. Also, the last day

to buy lunch tickets is Thursday, May 22^nd  and all lunch charges are to be paid by

May 22^nd.

 

 

PROM TABLE SIGN-UPS

 

Prom table sign-ups will occur today and Friday in A & B lunch and in homerooms. Be certain to confirm seating arrangements with your friends prior to signing up for a table.

 

BATTLE OF THE BANDS

 

Don’t forget, Battle of the bands will be held this Saturday, May 10, in the SHS old gym. Tickets can be bought at the door for $5. Doors open at 6:30pm and it will start at 7pm. The bands playing will be: Hail and Farewell, Parafilia, Falling over Failure, The Dark Brigade and 5 Second Closure.

 

ATTENTION JUNIORS

 

Any Junior interested in being on class advisory or running for a class officer see Mr.

Koba in Room 114.

 

ATTENTION SOPHOMORES

 

Any Sophomore interested in running for advisory, President or Vice President see

Ms. Agnew in room 111.

 

TALENT SHOW

 

There will be a talent show at Salisbury High School on May 22nd from

2-4:00pm. If you are interested in participating there is a sign up sheet in the office.

 

GIRLS BASKETBALL OPEN GYMS

 

There will be girls basketball open gyms in the SHS new gym Mondays/ Wednesdays from 3:30-5:30pm starting April 14^th. Girls basketball players from 8^th through 11^th grade are encouraged to attend. Open gyms may be postponed due to inclement weather.

 

PRIVATE INDUSTRY COUNCIL

 

The Private Industry Council had made applications available for the summer youth program. Please see Mrs. Kriner in the guidance office for more information.

SPEEDBALL TEAM PHOTOS

 

Speedball team photos will be taken in Room 111 before school. Please see Ms. Agnew if you have any questions.

 

LOST AND FOUND

 

Any student that may have lost an item stop by the office to check out the lost and found.

 

 

GOT TURF!

 

Got Turf! T-shirts will be available for purchase in the school office. The cost is $10 each, cash or check will be accepted. Checks can be made payable to SABC. Three colors are available and sizes adult small - 2XL. Profits go to the Salisbury Synthetic Turf Fund.
