Athletic Physical Paperwork

SPRING ATHLETIC PHYSICALS

Please note that Salisbury spring athletic physicals will take place Saturday Feb. 9 in the SHS Health Room.  Boys at 8 a.m.; Girls at 9:00 a.m.

If a student plans to play a spring sport (including MS Swimming) or be a spring team manager and hasn’t had a physical since June 1, 2007, he/she must have a physical on or after Feb. 1. 

Necessary paperwork will be available in the SMS/SHS main offices and on the school website starting Feb. 1.
